Printing a Calendar with a Photo

You can create an original calendar by adding your favorite photo.

  1. Check that printer is turned on.

  2. Load photo paper.

    Important

    • Be sure to place the paper in portrait orientation.

  3. Select Print on the HOME screen.

  4. Select Print from memory card.

    The memory card print menus are displayed.

  5. Select Calendar print.

  6. Insert memory card into card slot.

    The pattern selection screen will appear.

    Note

    • When you insert the memory card before you displays the memory card print menus, the photo selection screen in Select photo print is displayed.

    • If no printable photo data is saved on the memory card, Saved data is not of a supported type. is displayed on the touch screen.

    • If more than 2,000 photo data are saved on the memory card, the photo data is split by group per 2,000 photos in reverse chronological order (date last modified) automatically. Check the message displayed on the touch screen and select OK.

  7. Select the pattern you would like to print.

  8. Select the page size according to the paper you placed.

    • The page sizes you can select will differ depending on the calendar pattern.

  9. Select the type according to the paper you placed.

    • The type you can select will differ depending on the page size.

  10. Select a photo you want to print.

  11. Specify settings as necessary.

    • A: Select the background color.

    • B: Select the orientation of the photo.

    • C: The screen for setting copies will appear.

    • D: The screen for setting the year and month to print will appear.

    • E: Select to display the Settings screen.

    • F: Select to display the Advanced screen.

      You can specify features such as the beginning of the week (Sunday or Monday), holidays to which to apply color, and background color.

  12. Select Trimming as necessary to trim the photo.

    The screen for specifying trimming range will appear.

    Trim the range you would like to print, then select OK.

    • G: Select to switch the aspect ratio of the trimming frame.

    • H: Drag to position the trimming frame.

    • I: Drag to set the trimming frame size.

      Note

      • You can cancel trimming even after determining the trimming range. To cancel trimming, select Cancel after the screen for specifying the trimming range reappears.

  13. Tap Color.

    The printer starts printing.
